Production of Irrigation Hoses and Accessories

This technology is very flexible and can do all types of pipes including dripping pipes and leaky pipes; we would be able to supply the required fittings.

The production line area will be able to produce the products on the same line by varying the formulation and additive with various moulds.  Each product will also have its own process conditions.  All the products will have waste crumb rubber as a base ingredient.

Irrigation Hoses from recycled rubber with a wide range of sizes, construction and applications along with standards fittings can be produced separately in the plant.

One of the important products widely demanded and can be marketed locally and globally is the Irrigation by Controlled Leak Pipe and is ideal for a multitude of drip watering areas around the garden.

The pipe does not have actual drippers or holes in it.  When the Pipe is manufactured during the extrusion process a carefully controlled amount of air gaps are left in the wall leaving a porous wall.  The water comes out through the porous wall in an even output of 2 litres per meter per hour.

As there are no holes in the wall this makes it ideal for burying in the soil as it cannot be blocked by soil particles or root intrusion.
