Our contribution
We have been commissioned to provide pre and post contract cost management services on a four year appointment. We provide industry experts and best practice to manage the construction and consultancy work with regard to cost and entitlement. The client has extended this commission for a further four years.

We have integrated our services with the client’s organisation to provide a single point of reporting and a shared responsibility to successfully deliver this project. We have produced a gap analysis of the client’s original procedures and developed a new suite of cost management procedures drawing from our global experience delivering similar work.
